Eighteen frogs, one drying pond. Eat flies, dragonflies and armoured beetles to put on weight, then swallow any frog smaller than you. Your tongue is reach, weapon and liability — it grabs food and reels in rivals, but while it is out anyone who touches it bites it and tears food straight out of your gut. Stay wet: the crust cooks you, and the herons only ever hunt the fattest frog on the water.

How to Play

  • 2TONGUE grabs food and reels in smaller frogs
  • 3Touch an extended tongue to bite it and rob them
  • 4Stay in the water — dried crust drains you every second

Tip · The heavier you get the further your tongue reaches and the slower you swim — and every heron on the pond starts looking at you.
